Professional friendly on time not like waiting for repair persons all day window was 8-12p and tech called 15 mins prior to arrival all was said and done by 10:30a All was free with insurance. That's why when I see cracked windshield on vehicle I know they're not insured. Safelite has shops or will come directly to you work or home.
