My roof was damaged by a wind and hail storm. RRCA worked with my insurance company to repair my roof. Sam Nichols made the whole process easy. Whenever I called or texted, he quickly got back to me. I highly recommend RRCA and Sam Nichols.

Started the process with RRCA in January finally signed contract 5/30/24 once they got my $10k deposit they have not responded to any attempts to make contact. Email/text/phone calls it is has been almost 3 months from my last communication with RRCA and that is not on my end. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND STICK WITH A LOCAL COMPANY CLOSE BY. We have since had to make a complaint with BBB. Protect yourself as no communication is unacceptable by any company.

RRCA did a wonderful job on our roof. Hollis, Jordan and Hector were great to work with and managed our project professionally with great attitudes. The installers worked tirelessly to get our roof completed for us. I would recommend RRCA for any roofing needs in the future. Mark and Juli Johnson

Want a lien on your property????***RRCA WILL START THE PROPERTY LIEN PROCESS AGAINST YOU BEFORE YOU HAVE EVEN RECEIVED THE FINAL BILL***I have been trying to contact someone high up in the company ever since my project started without any luck, including Dustin Herrin. I've had nothing but problems with this roof replacement project.Now I have to go through the process of untangling this property lien nightmare.!!! Stay away from Shira Chiesa, nicknamed the "Princess of Power" per her signature block. She took it upon herself to initiate the property lien against me without any notice !!!

The crew that installed our new roof was very professional and hardworking. We would certainly recommend RRCA - Orlando, especially Jay Luna. His communication was too notch and the work was performed in a timely manner. The roof looks awesome at 719! - Sukhu

Worst company on the market avoid the awful experience to be dealing with mediocrity. Really bad communication very unprofessional with appointments and it seems to be that they no have a clue of the process. 4 months wasted and dealing with a bad experience and lies this company should be out of the market. Last appointment someone showed two hours late and open the gate of my house without authorization. Very very disrespectful people .
