Michael came out very late in the evening as we had an emergency. I had my family visiting from CA. You can imagine my horror when we had plumbing issues. He was very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. He connected with the homeowner and advised him of the situation. He addressed the situation and gave us his contact info if we needed any additional assistance. Thank you, Michael.
The service member was very polite and professional , telling the owner of various options to get the issue rresolved… price is a bit high but it’s well worth the headache
Roto Rooter showed up in two hours from the time I called, Eric the tech did a good job resolving the problem. It was a very bad blockage in the kitchen sink waste line. He cleaned up when he was done. Everything is working fine . Also He is a very nice and polite young man.
