Idk how you can do it but you gotta get the drivers a little further in knowing how to drive before letting them clog up public roadways. Their a danger to the road and shouldn’t be learning how to drive in rush hour traffic.

I found other training schools that were cheaper to attend, however I do not believe that they can match the quality of training and experience the Roadmasters have. I am glad I went with Roadmaster Drivers School. I have had a great experience.

I would not recommend this school. First, the staff is extremely small for the number of students they have. Second, they treat you like you’re in prison. Many times you are left outside with nothing to do because there are not enough instructors for the number of students. You are not sitting in a classroom — you are exposed to the sun, heat, cold, and rain, and you are not allowed to leave. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I had to leave the school for health reasons, and now I received a bill at my home that is completely disproportionate and not consistent with the contract, charging me for things I already paid out of pocket, such as health and drug tests. When you try to contact them to resolve the issue, they simply do not respond. Very disappointing experience overall.

DO NOT COME HERE! Management is careless, rude no respect for people’s time. This place is money hungry No regard for students or their lives. You spend the whole day outside cold, hot &rain this school only in it for your money. The manager is absolutely disgusting who treats grown adults like children. Do not go here find a different school that offers the same education you'll thank me later. Especially when they kick you out and take your money. 11,459.00 💰for what not even worth it. You can’t even learn cause they have so many students there. You spend the whole day there only to drive for 30 minutes. The hotel they provide is over charging and nasty 🤮

I completed my CDL training through Roadmaster, and my experience was mixed. The instructors themselves were generally knowledgeable and professional, and the program does prepare you to pass the CDL test if you follow the structure closely. That said, prospective students should understand what the program is and what it is not. Roadmaster is heavily test-oriented, not confidence-oriented. The primary goal is to get you through the CDL exam, not to ensure you leave feeling fully comfortable with real-world backing scenarios or day-to-day driving challenges. Backing practice, in particular, felt limited relative to how important it becomes once you’re with a carrier. Time is shared among many students, and unless you advocate strongly for extra reps, it’s easy to graduate without feeling truly confident. The environment can feel rushed and somewhat “assembly-line” due to class size and scheduling. If you already learn quickly under pressure and are comfortable asking for help, you’ll likely do fine. If you need structured repetition, individualized coaching, or more seat time to build confidence, this may be challenging. I don’t regret getting my CDL here, but I do wish there had been more transparency upfront about how much confidence-building is left to the carrier rather than the school. I would recommend Roadmaster to highly self-directed students, but anyone considering it should go in with realistic expectations and be prepared to supplement their training if needed.
