I highly recommend RGS Home Inspection. Homeowner's insurance can be such a nightmare. I bought my home in 1998 after returning home from Kuwait with the Florida Nat'l. Guard. We had a great experience with Kyle and Jay from RG&S. RG&S came highly recommended by a friend who used them for a comprehensive inspection when buying a new home. We needed a 4-point and wind mitigation survey and knew that RG&S could provide us with excellent service. All our communications were done through Kyle, whom we found to be extremely communicative, professional, and kind. He was able to get us an inspection within 5 days and notified us day before to remind and confirm.
