I highly recommend RGS Home Inspection. Homeowner's insurance can be such a nightmare. I bought my home in 1998 after returning home from Kuwait with the Florida Nat'l. Guard. I'm almost 60, lived in the same house for 24 years and never dealt with fire hoops that the insurance companies force us through now, including this "4 Point Inspection". That's why I want to give the biggest "Thank you!" to Andy and the RGS team! Andy was prompt, professional, personable, and transparent on every aspect of the inspection. He was very patient with what probably seemed like endless questions about this very nerve wrecking situation. In the end, everything he said was spot on and was what the insurance company needed. Thank you, Andy, Tony, and RGS!

We had a great experience with Kyle and Jay from RG&S. RG&S came highly recommended by a friend who used them for a comprehensive inspection when buying a new home. We needed a 4-point and wind mitigation survey and knew that RG&S could provide us with excellent service. All our communications were done through Kyle, whom we found to be extremely communicative, professional, and kind. He was able to get us an inspection within 5 days and notified us day before to remind and confirm. When the day of our inspection came, the inspector was held up at another location, and Kyle gave us a call and notified us of the 45 minute delay. Jay was our inspector, and was thorough and knowledgeable. He communicated his findings as he went and examined some other areas that were not on the 4 points, but that we had questions about. He was more than willing to go the extra mile for us! What's more, we got our results in less than 24 hours! We had a great experience with RG&S and would definitely recommend them, and use them again!

I highly recommend RG&S Home Inspection. My wife and I were building a new home and we wanted a seasoned professional to be our eyes and ears during the process to reassure us that our home would be built as close to perfect as possible. RG&S delivered and exceeded our expectations at an exceptional value. Their commitment and dedication to quality, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Kyle was our inspector and he has many years of home-building experience. His three phased inspection reports, delivered to us by email and in PDF format, were structured and formatted professionally and contained detailed descriptions, locations, and photographs. Kyle found many defects that went unnoticed by our builder, a testament to his skill and craft. He even went back to the home build site at no additional charge in order to complete his inspection report for the framing stage when it became apparent the builder wasn't quite finished with certain items, a testament to his excellent customer service. If we ever build or purchase a home in the Orlando area again we'll definitely go back to RG&S to be our home inspector. We will be recommending them to our family, friends and colleagues.
