Antonio was amazing from the first time I called requesting someone to come out regarding my mold concerns, to the day of the actual inspection. He was thorough providing a detailed explanation of what was going to take place. He was great to work with and went above and beyond by asking our Spanish speaking contractors to help remove some baseboards to get a more thorough inspection of the room. Thank you Antoni you helped ease this momma's worried mind about mold in our little girl's room.
This company made our mold mitigation process so much easier. After receiving a false “passing” report from another company, I reached out to them and they came out the very next day to perform proper testing. The results showed nearly 1,000 mold spores inside our home, confirming our concerns.
They guided us through the entire process and helped us move forward with getting both bathrooms demoed. Once remediation was completed by a second company, they returned for follow-up testing and confirmed that the surrounding areas were not as affected as we initially feared, which gave us real peace of mind.
