Literally on of the best trainers in the market. His knowledge and skill set in therapy is second to none. I would recommend Alex to anyone I know that needs to rehabilitate or just transform their body. He is the best!
I’ve been working with Alex for about five years now. I can’t say I’m a practicing athlete in my late 50s but have many long-term injuries from snowboarding, cycling and just being a clumsy adventurer.
