I had an issue with my prescription taking longer than expected to be sent to CVS, so I shared my feedback on Google. To my surprise, within an hour, I received a personal call from Dr. Ganpat himself explaining what happened and the reason for the delay.

In over 20 years of dealing with doctors and medical practices, I can honestly say I have never had the owner of a practice personally call me to explain a situation. That level of accountability, leadership, and patient care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about how this practice is run.

I also want to recognize Dr. Lopez, who was absolutely outstanding. Unlike the typical rushed doctor’s office experience—where you get 5–10 minutes, barely feel heard, and leave with a prescription—Dr. Lopez took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and thoughtfully work through my symptoms instead of simply medicating and rushing me out.

This practice is operating on a completely different level when it comes to patient care, professionalism, and leadership.

Dr. Ganpat and Dr. Lopez are setting a standard that many medical practices should learn from.
