OneMed is a medical practice with wonderful, kind, and pleasant doctors and office staff. Their professionalism and warm demeanor make every visit comfortable and welcoming. The doctors are exceptional, empathetic, and compassionate. They do not rush appointments, taking time to thoroughly go over labs and engage in meaningful conversation. They thoughtfully address every concern and work to find an appropriate health plan for each patient's needs and lifestyle. The care received is described as truly above and beyond, with doctors going out of their way for their patients. The office itself looks new and nice with contemporary decor. Many patients state it is the best they have had and recommend the practice to everyone.
Hands down the best and most caring Doctors in the industry. I have been seeing Doctor Khan and Dr Ganpat for almost a year now and I don't know where I would be now without OneMed. If you want a Doctor that treats you like a person and not a number please give them a shot. Everyone in the office is sincere and actually cares about YOU, as an individual. I will never leave this place as long as they are around. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Dr. Lopez is absolutely wonderful. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and her team take the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment plan. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable provider.
Wow—what an exceptional experience.
I had an issue with my prescription taking longer than expected to be sent to CVS, so I shared my feedback on Google. To my surprise, within an hour, I received a personal call from Dr. Ganpat himself explaining what happened and the reason for the delay.
In over 20 years of dealing with doctors and medical practices, I can honestly say I have never had the owner of a practice personally call me to explain a situation. That level of accountability, leadership, and patient care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about how this practice is run.
