Wow! It's so rare now a days to get great customer service that I had to mention it for others. I had a water leak in my home in Avalon Park and some laminate pieces in the middle were damaged. I contact Polo Floors and Salma came over with their installer to see if they could help and in fact they did. She gave me a price and a day and the installer (Bernardo) arrived on time and did an amazing job fixing the floor and laying down a new one in a closet.
I am extremely impressed and they are my flooring go to contractor from here on out for my home and my rentals

Came in here searching for the right color penny rounds after the last flooring company screwed up my order multiple times. The challenge was tracking the brand and color of the tile sample I have. As someone who was just browsing, the hospitality and assistance that the owner bestowed to me was unparalleled.
