Depending on the employee, they will leave the front desk for upwards of 30 minutes. I wish there was some kind of bell we could ring for their attention - we want to use our amenities promptly.

Lawrenzo- Absolutely Amazing Trainer! I have INSANE social anxiety and was absolutely and incredibly nervous about trying new things at the gym on my own, I was so anxious about learning new techniques at the gym but decided to grow a pair and ask for help! I'm absolutely glad I asked the right person! He was also the one who helped me with the information I needed to get signed up and ready to get my ass to the gym! Took the time to explain to me how to do each exercise! Very informative and patient! Absolutely the right guy to train you!

Staff is very friendly and amenities, machines and restrooms are always clean and organized. I recommend signing up to classes with Lawrenzo, he’s very friendly, knowledgeable and offers flexibility to work around your schedule
