Alexia at my local Planet Fitness deserves major recognition for outstanding customer service. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was explained clearly, and went out of her way to make the experience easy and positive. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and truly pleasant to deal with. Susan is a great asset to this location and a big reason I enjoy coming here. Highly recommend

Friendly service, very clean facility and equipment, new equipment, great selection of equipment. Diego did a fabulous job during the new member orientation showing the facility and proper use of the equipment.
2025 follow-up: still enjoying this Planet Fitness gym on Lee rd. The gym equipment is plentiful and always well maintained. During my 1.5-2 hr workouts, I continually see staff cleaning the equipment, as well as the facility. They keep the place very clean and that is much appreciated.

Excellent location. They keep everything really clean and tidy. Most of the equipment is new. The staff are always available which makes it easy if you need drinks, help with massage chairs, or to setup training.
