Nearly every experience has been wonderful. The vet and the staff definitely care about the animals and you can tell it in the way they treat them they get an A+ I would never go anywhere else
Couldn’t recommend them more! Dr. Klein, Dr. Whaley, and all the staff is very accommodating, you can tell they really care and are patient with your pets. Also great prices. Love this clinic and its staff!
Pine Castle is not my normal vet, but after a bad experience at our last vet, I knew I needed somewhere different. Unfortunately our girl passed away at home. Pine Castle was the closest vet to us, so I called to see if they could accommodate us to get cremation set up. The girl who answered the phone was so sweet & caring & they were very kind and gentle in person. They took us back to a private room immediately and we were even able to spend some time saying goodbyes even though we already did at home. You just are never ready.
