I have tried over 6 Pilates instructors and 3 different Pilates studios since I moved here...this is hands down the best Pilates instructor in the Dr Philips area!
The very best of all I have used
It does not get better than Performance Pilates!! I have taken Pilates for many years, in a few different cities, and have yet to find a studio with instructors that are as knowledgeable as Performance. Cannot recommend them enough!!
