Love these classes! I usually attend a Basics for Beginners class and/or chair yoga as a stiff kind of person, and the instructors always give modifications based on what you may need! I love this studio.

I love this studio! The teachers and owner Katie are all so welcoming. Everything is accessible to both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
This is also the most affordable yoga studio I've visited in Orlando!

A wonderful introduction to yoga! Classes are very relaxing and great for all ages, and instructors are genuine and welcoming to all. My friends and I especially enjoy sessions led by Rel (and others are great too!). I'd highly recommend this studio to those in search of a mindful, meditative and uplifting practice.
