Didn't need cleaning. But I had alterations done. Got exactly what I asked for. Ready on time and reasonable price. The folks were friendly and professional and the store orderly and clean. And, don't forget, they recycle coat hangers.

Have been able to accomodate us when we needed a quick turnaround - even today! The usual lady at the counter knows us (my husband is a pilot & we use them every week) and doesn't even have to ask our name.
