Polite & Professional; we were scheduled (and excited) to meet with a specific rep and were unexpectedly passed on to another. A tad disappointed in our meeting as we covered many of the same items from the seminar and they couldn't find the paperwork we filled out at the seminar. We came prepared with items requested and will return for a follow-up to see what the company has to offer. Optimistic the follow up will be more positive/productive and in-line with the reviews we've seen which was a one of the factors that attracted us.
