So far,… difficult to reach representative. Left messages morning, mid day and afternoon on a Tuesday AND Wednesday morning. Delay in being able to transfer funds has caused a missed deadline for a filing and almost a $8,000 loss that could have been prevented!With this kind of service a shoebox with no return would be way better. Disappointed isn’t a strong enough word!!! Oh, I hate leaving this kind of review but that ringing you hear it just simply the bell of TRUTH. Roadblock after roadblock to get our money!
