Definitely, something for everybody here had a great experience. And the pool was amazing.
Very nice facilities, the weekend we went was full of families so it was not as easy to use the pool. Great location with shuttles to Disney springs. Breakfasts here are super recommended, good price, great variety. If your rooms faces the pool you will have loud noise til late at night.
Hotel was nice, but service was completely and utterly subpar. From check-in, we did not receive any explanation about any amenities, fees, or services. Our check-in receptionist gave us the most cold and unprofessional service ever. He did not smile, explain anything, or even let us know how to get to our room or what was included in our stay or deposit. Then, after that service went completely downhill. Throughout our stay, no one was willing to help us. Service came much later than expected, we waited 2 hours for luggage & room service, and once we tried to pick our luggage up, no one could help us for more than 30+ minutes.
