Just passed my road test with flying colors and I was a complete and utter novice two months ago, first time behind the wheel and all that. I purchased 15 hours and Eric (sorry if that’s not how your name is written!) helped me gain confidence and experience more than enough to be a good defensive driver. He is an awesome teacher — patient, gentle, understanding, flexible, always on time, always there to answer any questions or eliminate concerns. I was calm and collected before my test and I’m sure the base he gave me will serve me well in the future. Bill is a great teacher and was very accommodating of my schedule. Having taken a few lessons with him including highway driving, I feel much more comfortable on the road and felt prepared for the road test which his lessons helped me pass! Each lesson covered various components of the test along with real driving practice on the road. I always felt safe and comfortable driving with Bill and I appreciated his feedback and good conversation. I would definitely recommend for anyone learning how to drive. Thanks a lot, Bill!
Overall, the experience was smooth.
Erick was very patient and calm, which really helped me feel more at ease while learning. I especially appreciated how supportive he was during moments when I needed reassurance.
Bill was also understanding and accommodating throughout the process.
