I had a procedure done yesterday and the staff made me very comfortable, and they were very kind. They told me everything that was going to happen and were very professional. I liked that the nurse called me this morning to see how I was doing. I have a lot of health issues and only use Orlando Health. I have never had a negative experience from anyone with them. It’s hard enough being ill but having people who care around you really help.
The service was excellent!! I am a nurse, but I do not tell the staff until I am settled in and IV in place. :) The staff was excellent from Front Desk > Pre-Op > Anesthesia > Intra Op > Post Op/PACU. They were still nice when they found out I was a nurse. (hahaha) I could not have asked for a better team to make me feel at ease and treat me with the utmost care and respect. I remember laughing a lot.
My doctor, Dr. Sunina Nathoo is the BEST!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazingly caring and thorough Gastroenterologist.
