We had a fantastic experience at Noire The Nail Bar! My partner and I both went in for a manicure and pedicure, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in.
The salon was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, and the technicians took their time to ensure everything was done perfectly. Both our manicures and pedicures turned out great, and the attention to detail was impressive.
If you’re looking for a quality nail salon with outstanding service and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend Noire The Nail Bar. We will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience here! I called ahead to ask if they had availability right away without a wait time, and the gentleman on the phone said yes, come on in. When I arrived, the salon was packed, so I immediately thought, “Uh oh, this is going to be a long wait.” But to my surprise, that wasn’t the case at all!
The guy at the front desk was super friendly, got me seated right away, and even filled up the foot bath immediately. Less than 5 minutes later, Verna came over and got started. She was so kind and friendly and took the time to ask exactly what I wanted done. I showed her a photo for inspiration, and she took a picture of it so she didn’t have to keep asking to see my phone.
Verna cared about making sure I was happy. Throughout the appointment, she kept checking in, asking if I liked everything and if I wanted any changes. It was refreshing to have someone genuinely care about the final result and customer experience.
Verna did an amazing job, and I left really happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend this salon, and especially Verna!

Cut during pedicure- no care for cleanliness or proper procedure.
I am not typically one to write reviews, but I must in this situation. I am not a picky person when it comes to my pedicures. I just want it done right and with the proper care and attention. Unfortunately, a few minutes into my pedicure I was cut very badly during callus removal. The nail tech was not looking at my feet at all while doing this procedure. I had to stop her and say “ow that hurts. Look, you cut me I am bleeding..” She proceeded to act very surprised and cleaned my open wound with the same reused towel that my feet were sitting on. Did not get a manager or any antibacterial products. My foot continued to bleed, and she put it back into the water.
I thought she was going to do something to help but she did not. I had to call for a manager a a few minutes later. At that point, he gathered supplies to disinfect the wound and said I am very sorry. But no one really acted like it was a big deal. Meanwhile I am bleeding and in pain when this is supposed to be a relaxing service.
I understand mistakes happen, but there was no procedure followed after this mistake was made. I was actively bleeding and not tended to. I know that it is very common for people to get infections from nail salons following incident such as these. I find it completely unacceptable.
The painting itself was done lazily and generally looks bad. Just as good as if I would have done it myself. On top of all of this I was offered a 15% discount at checkout. This is almost laughable, considering that I am leaving the salon in pain with possibility of getting an infection. The manager should have been extremely remorseful and should have comped my service because of their lack of care and . Just go somewhere else.

Not the best, not the worst. I had a gel manicure and the nail tech left such a big gap between the polish and my cuticle, so now a couple days later, it unfortunately looks like my nails have fully grown out. My mom got her eyebrows done here and we realized her eyelids were burned from the wax. It’s way too expensive at this salon for these kind of mistakes.

The owners of this store are amazing. Me and my mom have been coming here since they opened and went to the old salon they owned before this one. The customer service is excellent and they always make sure you are satisfied. I am always happy here! The nails always come out great and service is amazing!

When someone schedules an appointment I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 40 minutes just to be told no one can complete a basic design and then when I showed a simple option they told me they don’t have the color. This is also not the first time they are extremely late to my appointment. Wont be back here. Ended up leaving with just a pedicure

Many of my friends recommended Noire the nail salon and I am super pleased to say this is my second time coming to Noire. While I’ve only been twice, I could not be more grateful to have Katie as my nail tech!! The service and quality every time thus far has been perfect and leaving me ecstatic. This is by far the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to and most consistent. I usually dread getting my nails done but now I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Katie!!!!
