We saw the eye Dr. I forget what her name is. She is the tall blond Dr. We saw her for my son ( who is 5 ) she was amazing!! We had seen another eye Dr prior to her and we got completely different vision results. Very professional and clean! Thank you

1 star because I moved here a few months ago and got my daughter who is under a year old set up. The appointment was great, the doctor she saw was amazing, but I have now been calling for 4 days in a row and have even left 2 voicemails requesting a call back and have NOT been able to get through to anybody. This has me completely debating on switching pediatricians because it is so frustrating not being able to get through to ANYONE at the office. I will sit on the phone and wait and wait and wait for 20+ minutes each time and I never get connected with a person. Why?! It is SO frustrating

Very pleasant staff and very informative

I took my daughter to Neomors Orthopedic in Orlando and had very different experiences between visits.

The first appointment, at the Winter Garden location, was excellent. We were treated with care, attention, and received clear explanations.

However, during the second visit, when her cast was removed, I was quite disappointed. The doctor removed the cast but did not request a follow-up appointment or provide any guidance regarding further care, such as physical therapy.

It has now been a week since the cast was removed, and my daughter is still limping and experiencing mild pain. I felt there was a lack of proper follow-up care at a very important stage of her recovery.

I am sharing this feedback respectfully, with the hope that the clinic can improve this aspect of care, especially in pediatric cases.

The all the staff is wonderful i been taking my kids there for 7 years already.

Allergy Clinic gets two stars, as the facilities are nice. I am upset because my poor wife, a nurse, went through a lot of trouble to schedule this appointment for our Son, who has severe allergies.
We arrived 20 minutes early for our required video appointment. Twenty minutes after the scheduled time, we received a phone call that the doctor would be late. After we mentioned we were on vacation and we have people waiting for us, a nurse called back while we were still waiting on the video conference with no doctor present in an empty chat room. After a one-hour wait during our vacation time, we were told we would need to reschedule!
We have lived in various parts of the country over many years and received care at multiple hospitals, and this is the first time we have experienced anything like this.

The doctor and staff were amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you!!
