Ripped my daughter off on $100 co-pay that should have been $10 because she did not buy her glasses there and the insurance states it’s at the optometrist discretion. So basically, they penalize long-standing customers for not buying glasses at their store one time because they did not have a very good selection and did not need contacts. My daughters probably will not be going back there.

Dr Losada does very thorough exams, but I am posting as I just picked up my new lenses today! The new Crizal lenses are phenomenal... maybe a little more price wise but they are crystal clear! I am absolutely thrilled with them!

The doctor is excellent but the staff is not helpful. My wife had many problems getting the correct prescriptions over the past 3 months and the staff just complains that they are very busy and don't have time to address issues. They also never let me talk to the doctor to make her aware of the problems. I will probably need to make an appointment just to let her know what she would probably like to be made aware of. So many times a doctors practice is ruined by a poor staff.
