they are very easy to talk to and work with, they take the time to listen to your ideas, and what your vision is. finally they help set up a plan for how everything goes and will work out.
This place states they open up at 10 and I was waiting outside until 10:30. People were walking by and in the shop and didn’t say a word to me. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars but overall this shop is clean and my flash tattoo is so cute
I was greeted with amazing Customer Service by Nicholas at Náutica Tattoo! While this was my FIRST Tattoo, they were patient with me even when rescheduling my appointment and making me feel comfortable during the process. Thanks to Cynthia for enhancing my Whimsy!!!
