Yay!! I found a real live American named Valerie who is a highly experienced nail professional right here in College Park! After years of going to "nail factories" where they "book" your appointment with one of their 20 nail techs, I found a woman who books your service and actually keeps the appointment ON TIME! What a concept. My time is valuable and I so appreciate that Valerie is the only person in this salon! I love that I am not among 20 other customers getting manicures and pedicures. Covid-19 makes sitting for an hour in a poorly ventilated salon with 40-50 strangers scary! Since Valerie is masked and requires masks and hand washing, you are assured you and she are the only people around! My friend's 80 year old mother will only get her nails done at Nails on The Edge for these very reasons-it is safe and private. Also, the music and lights are soft and relaxing not like those shops where TV's run constantly with closed captioning while muted so you have to endure techno, hip hop, and rap blasting from stereo speakers in the rafters. Sensory overload is not my idea of relaxation! Nails on the edge uses quality products and TLC in their services. The price I paid here is comparable to all other salons I've visited in the past few years. The tools are clean and your pedicure chair is equipped with massage technology that works! You MUST book an appointment, no walk-ins. Make time for self care with Valerie at Nails on The Edge, then just relax and enjoy!

I have to say I’m super excited to finally find a place to have my nails and pedicures done at. Talk about customer service last minute call on Thursday evening not only does she fit me in but she takes her time and gives me the best service I can ask for the night before I go on a last-minute trip even sat there and listen to me just talk away because I’m so excited to go see my husband thank you and I’m super excited to say you have a long time client now… see you and Maggie ? soon!!!!Services: Acrylic nails
