Best massage in Orlando and maybe anywhere! I have been coming for years and it remains the best. Lauren is a professional and intuitive healer. I get massages for self-care and relaxation, but I am sure all her treatments are top notch.

I went to Lauren for a 30 minute massage and cupping. I had never done cupping before and saw benefits of blood flow and wanted to try it during to a strain/discomfort in my mid back. She explained what it was and the process. The space was nice and relaxing to help with the process. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment with Lauren. She has a lot of different options as well besides the massage and cupping. It’s a bit tricky to find, but she also went out of her way to make sure I knew how to get to her. All in all, great experience.

I’ve been going to Lauren for a couple of years now. I go once a month for a ritual massage and it’s amazing, she always massages to what my body is going through each visit (chefs kiss 💋). Recently, I’ve added on a facial every other month and I gotta be honest my skin looks and feels amazing after and it’s almost as relaxing as the massage itself. Highly recommend her she really is amazing at her work.
