Poor experience. Matt was not knowledgeable about Merrill’s capabilities and made commitments to me that in the end he could not keep. Never received a retirement plan even after I formally requested one twice. Merrill Lynch management agreed with the poor performance and service but was unwilling to make it right. Subsequently, I’ve left ML and don’t plan on returning.
