I came to Dr. Blair for a bad case of a herniated disk that was putting pressure on S2 nerves that went down my legs,I experienced excruciating pain in my lower back and my left leg for months during pregnancy and postpartum. My OB and my PCP referred me to a spine specialist who said my only options were injections (annually) or surgery . Thank god I found Dr. Blair before I signed up for either! Dr. Blair recommended spinal decompression and just after a few sessions the pain in my leg went away and with consistent sessions the pain in my back has gotten so much better . My quality of life has improved and I am thankful to Dr. Blair and her team for that!

The team at the office and the customer service is always great. Dr. Blair is very dedicated and committed to the patients. That's my place to go every time my back or neck bother me.
Dr Blair is amazing! I was so worried about having pain after getting adjusted like I did with past doctors but her approach to therapy alongside adjustments and her aftercare explanation was exceptional. I went from a 11 pain scale to about a 4-5 in a few months and I feel confident she can get me to a place of comfort. Highly recommend.
