Pest Control Quarterly is a great deal and a great product, but I wish my technician was more on-schedule and communicated better. It seems that service relies on you being home during the day to do indoor service, but I rarely am and need to schedule appointments for it to be done. They’ll tell me they’re coming Thursday and they’ll show up a day early when I’m not home, so they can’t complete service. I don’t mind them being an hour or so late when they communicate, but I have had multiple instances in my 2+ years with them where they don’t show up at all when they said they would, leaving me to stay home all day waiting for nothing.

I had issues let’s just say ! And who wants them but out here it happens .the company is very thorough and has a whole plan and they executed it perfectly . Manny the service man really excellent! He came out worked with me on this problem for a month and everything‘s gone. Thurman also was very helpful he explained to me and was really patient with me on the phone ! A good company great service! Ask for manny to come to your place !

Mr Angel Santiago is very professional, he spoke clearly and provided his observations. I appreciate his instructions on how to look out for the termites and other helpful instructions.
