First time going to massage envy and it was a pleasant experience as I used my gift card I received for my birthday. The receptionist ladies up front were excellent and made you feel like you’ve known them forever as they spoke with you. I booked with Vivian and she was great and focused on the parts I informed her. Only thing I wish they did was maybe give you a cup of water or something after you get dressed and leave, as I know staying hydrated is important after a massage. Besides that, wonderful experience and Vivian was great, and shout out to the 2 front receptionist. The Leo gang and cruise talk between them 2 made a smile on my face when leaving.
Steven was absolutely phenomenal. He took all my aches and pains into consideration to customize my massage experience and then made sure I was relaxed the whole time. One of the best massages I have ever gotten and I go a lot. Will most definitely be back specifically for him! He loves his job and you can tell by how he works. Amazing experience.
A friendly suggestion now that you are requesting id uppon check in I would encourage your team members to remind the guest when checking in or checking out to being their IDs upon next schedule vist . As this is a new implemented policy and to avoid any annoyance from the guest . Repetition creates habits.
