I rarely leave negative reviews, my experience didn’t match the professionalism I expected but I want to share my experience. My appointment was changed multiple times without clear communication from the provider. She moved all appointments to a different day due to travel, then changed my appointment time again without notifying me. When I asked for the refund she originally offered, she refused and blamed me for the confusion, even though she made the changes. I also was later blocked from booking, which is why I came to google review.
