We had the exterior of our home painted by Larry Louis the week. He did a great job with attention to detail. He arrived promptly every morning and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend Larry Louis for your painting needs.

Louis was pleasant to deal with and courteous but there is one major issue with the final product. There were several other issues (Poor communication, no final walkthrough, painting areas wrong color, missing obvious sections of the house, not covering holes in stucco.) but I wont dwell on those, I will focus on the major one. I was asked If I wanted to upgrade with the "better" paint for $300, so I did (Highly recommended for deep thick paint coverage). Total cost was $6000 for a single story 2400sft home with external garage (home house 50% brick on front that wasn't painted) so less painting to do on front. I wanted the house to look great as we just put on an addition to the home so this seemed fair for a high quality job. My house was medium green\teal before and I went with an antique white for the main color. The house was only sprayed (for the large areas) and there was no backroll technique used (This was obvious do to the thin spray used with no roller marks). This left the majority of the house with the paint underneath showing through (extremely thin coat). I honestly said to myself that "This is obviously just the first coat, don't worry", I was way wrong. I asked about this and Louis came back after about a week and spot painted some areas that left a spotty look on some areas where others have the green showing through. The satin paint only gives the sheen of satin where he went over with two coats (only fixed after I pointed this out). This makes the paint look uneven and of different sheen's. When looking at the house from a far the paint looks very thin and does not have that saturated color look that you get from doing 2 coats for example. At certain times of the day this is very obvious. I'm not pleased due to the fact I need to pay someone else to come and fix the job. I think another coat will do it but I should not have been the one to notice such an obvious bad paint job. I think someone that does this for a living understands that paint showing through is NOT acceptable for the amount of money paid. Simply put, I feel I was taken advantage of. I expect this quality for a cheap paint job, not one that's 6k for an average size single story home. I wish Louis the best but cannot recommend due to the excessive lack of detail.Service: Exterior painting

Very amazing painting and pressure washing service. 10/10 Recommend!!!Louis made sure that the job was done properly!You definitely get your value for your money!!!Louis and his team were very professional, courteous and were completely dedicated to their work.The work was superb and he was able to work within my budget. He is very knowledgeable.One tip I would recommend is to have your approval submitted with your HOA with your colors before selecting any painter, so by the time the approval comes, the painters can finish your house promptly.Services: Exterior painting

I contacted Louis Painting and Pressure Washing for an estimate to do a complete exterior paint job and a couple of doors on the interior of my house. Larry was the only one to give a complete estimate offering pricing for the four different grades of paint that Sherwin-Williams offers. After deciding on the colors we wanted and telling Larry that we had decided to go with the Resilience line of paints, he put me on the scheduled, and promptly showed up on the day he had said, His attention to detail and doing the job right the first time, is why I would highly recommend Louis Painting and Pressure Washing to all my friends in need of a quality painter, and when my next project starts and I need a painter, I'll be calling Larry Louis!Services: Staining

Larry did a fantastic job painting our house a different 4 color scheme. Uses good equipment (sprayed and back-rolled) for a reasonable price, is very neat and thorough, and even came back a few weeks later to paint our shutters that were on back order. Extremely satisfied with Larry and his team.

It’s my pleasure to write this review for Louis Painting. He painted my brother’s house first and i recieved rave reviews so of course I trusted that. I called and got a very competitive quote (1 of 5). Louis stayed in touch to coordinate timing of the project. He came and pressure washed the house and came early the next morning with his crew to start painting. All three of the gentlemen were professional and kind! They stayed on task and you could tell they were just a good group.It took 3 days to do my house and I can tell you that the quality of the work and attention to detail is unmatched! But wait... there’s more! (infomercial lol), I “mentioned” that I was going to spray paint the lamps that cover the garage lights... I came outside this morning and Luis had painted ALL three of my light globes! They look new!Let me end by saying this: I asked Louis how I can share my appreciation of his work. That’s why I’m writing this... he didn’t pay me nor did he give me a discount for writing this. In fact, his team did so great, I paid more than he asked!! It was worth more.If you need a painter, look no more! (This is the longest review I’ve written in my life!) Thanks Mr. Louis. You are the man! Blessings!

I hired Larry about 3 years ago to paint a couple of rooms in my newly purchased home that have very high ceiling. I just hired him again to paint the exterior of my home. His prices are competitive his crew is friendly and his work is great. I will definitely recommend.
