Wanted to go for a fill-in but was told come back tomorrow 9/1/23 cause the nail tech wasn't available. The lady with the big teeth only does feet. Only person in the building @ 3:15pm on a Thursday

I have been coming to this location for the last couple months. I always just get solid colors because they don't do anything else. The guy always does my nails and I never really have an issue with him but today was different I had my nails done in the hell was bubbling up looks super faded and just not my normal experience here. I paid $70 for my nails and my toes why did I pay for full service for a pedicure when they did not even do the basic massage. My toes also look clumpy so I'm not too happy with the service I received here today I had to leave and go to another salon and have them fix the mistake that they had done. I came for pedicure, acrylic refill with gel polish, and eyebrow way. My toes are cute however the technician was not considerate of pain caused, and using hand UV machine for my toes which was uncomfortable to put my feet in. Then she finally switched to the one for feet when the other technician finished a customer. There were little to no COVID-19 precautions taken so don't come if you are worried about germs. Nails was painful as well but came out cute and my eyebrows are burned from the technician using wax which was too hot. All in all I look great and feel terrible.
