Best Veterinary service ever experienced !
We had to walk in due to an emergency regarding our cat and we were promptly and kindly assisted by the reception staff. Doctor Rivera provided us all the info on all possible options in order to solve the issue . And he delivered !!! We were amazed by his top competence and professionality , along with his genuine empathy , and he acted both as a great doctor and a true guardian angel for our pet.
No doubt this animal clinic fully conquered our trust and appreciation.

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hernandez, Dr. Rivera, Bridgett, Hannah, and the entire staff.

Our dog, Daisy, went through a very scary and complex medical emergency, and from the very beginning this team showed incredible professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly compassion. They truly went above and beyond for her. They saved her life.

What meant just as much to me was how they cared for me as an owner. They took the time to explain everything, worked with us when things felt overwhelming, and called multiple times a day to check on Daisy and keep us updated. I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or alone in the process.

Their coordination, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. You could feel how much they truly cared, not just about doing their jobs, but about Daisy and our family.

Today, Daisy is back to eating, feeling like herself, and doing well, and we are endlessly grateful. This team is everything you would hope for in veterinary care. I would trust them with my pets without hesitation.

Very good service

I do not recommend this veterinary clinic for end-of-life care. Our 10-year-old dog was diagnosed with congestive heart disease six months ago and had been on medication since. When his condition deteriorated—struggling to breathe and unable to keep down food or water—we brought him in for humane euthanasia. The veterinarian refused to perform the procedure, despite his suffering and our request. This resulted in our dog enduring a slow, painful death at home, which was heartbreaking and unnecessary. If you value compassionate care and humane treatment, I suggest seeking another clinic. They only care about the money, and the bedside manner is nonexistent.

10 stars. They took such (and always do) good care of my cat. The staff, vets, and owners are so nice, patient and family centered, and patient.

Price is average (I think), maybe on the higher end, but for the service and gentle care we get, it is 100% worth it!

Would 100% recommend Dr. Rivera and this clinic. Thank you.
