Give it a shot!

Clean. Solid cardio equipment. Dumbbells only up to 50 :( one cable crossover that has one side broken, no barbell or smith for squats. This place needs some more gear.

Called the 800 this morning to book an appointment TODAY for a massage and pedicure. Lady on the phone was clueless, kept repeating herself, couldn't spell, was on the phone for almost 15 minutes. Went to the spa at our time...she had booked us in for 5 days from now. And spa now booked solid for the rest of today.

Luxurious atmosphere. Extremely relaxing and courteous. As a Transgender individual I am always nervous of new places but was made to feel extremely relaxed and at home. Definitely classifies as GLBTQ friendly.

Pretty cute place. Its actually the only relaxing and decent place on this property now with all the construction and conference commotion. Amy worked on my hair and she is great. Husband got massage and that was good too. The hotel messes up their menus with wrong prices but they ended up honoring it to me. However double check before.

Not worth the price. I went for a 50 minute Swedish massage, and did not have the "Disney experience" I was expecting. The cost was about $138.00 (not the advertised $115.00) because gratuity is included, which I didn't realize until I got there. There was construction on the building next to the spa that could be heard throughout the entire massage, with no discounts or apologies or anything. This may seem petty, but they didn't even have cucumber water or some fancy spa water. Just a water cooler or hot tea. Every other spa I've ever been to has had some kind of fancy water, so I definitely expected it here. The masseuse had a coughing fit during the massage (which I can't blame her for. We're all human), but she started on my left arm, left the room for 5 minutes, and came back in and started on my legs. I don't even know if I got those 5 minutes worth of massage back, but my arm was never finished. The aromatherapy options were Lavender or Tangerine, which is fine, but I only got a whiff in the beginning of the massage, then one at the end. It didn't last the whole time. Honestly, this just wasn't the relaxing experience I was hoping for. You can get an equal or better total experience for half the price at a spa chain like Massage Envy. I won't be back.

While here in Disney, we wore ourselves out that by the 6th day we needed massages. Not all Disney hotels have a Spa and I never knew Coronado was one that did have one. We called last minute for appointments but only had one. I graciously bowed out and let my Ma take it. She went in and I stayed at the pool directly behind the spa, since we weren't staying at hotel. I should say I attempted to sit at the pool and quickly felt faint. With no pool bar in site or at all nearby I dragged myself to the salon door. I told the gentleman at the front my mother was having a massage and I needed water and shade. He was wonderful he ran and grabbed a full glass of water, an ice cold piece of chocolate and told me to not go back onto the heat but just rest in the relaxation room while I waited. I was overjoyed to be indoors at this time as I think I had heat stroke. The relaxation room has water, hot tea, 2 kinds of snack mix, granola bars and fruit to enjoy as you replenish. Unlike most the other Disney hotels they do now have an aroma room or steam/sauna. They do have showers, lockers, toiletries and gigantic robes which are hard to come by at spas. They do off a 15% discount for annual holders and automatically add 20% gratuity. My mother said massage was relaxing and was in less pain. I can't say enough good things about the gentleman at the front desk except he deserves a partners in excellence pin, if he didn't have one yet.

Loved the workout facility here. Great free weights and dumbbells with enough machines to keep you moving all the time. Clean restrooms and towels to keep the place clean. Great for a quick but expensive spa trip if you want a massage or facial treatment.
