This is a wonderful gym to come to. It’s always clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I would like to give a special thank you to Soul who cleans this gym. It’s never dirty compared to other LA fitness gyms I’ve been to out of state. I will never go to another LA fitness while living in Florida.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at the LA Fitness in Metro West. The location is in a very nice area, and the overall vibe feels clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff is always kind and respectful, everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable.
One of the things I appreciate most is that the gym isn’t overly crowded, even during peak hours. I can come in around 5 PM and still get a full workout in without waiting around for equipment. It’s such a refreshing change from other gyms that are packed in the evenings.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a friendly environment and a smooth workout experience.
Now I am very satisfied, I went to another unit and didn't like the service, but I came to the Metrowest unit and was attended to by Gian Piero, excellent service, very well attended, I think LA has to look for more attendants like him.
