We had our leaky waterline quoted, repaired, and updated paperwork filed with the city in less than 3 days after the first conversation. Each person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and ensured great quality. Also, the pricing was extremely fair compared to other local plumbers.

I can’t say enough good things about Jim’s Plumbing. During a very difficult situation in my condo, Randy and Graham were knowledgeable, professional, honest, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Randy especially went above and beyond! He helped make a stressful issue much easier to deal with.
I’m also so grateful to Kimberly in the office for her follow-up with my insurance company and HOA and for keeping such excellent records throughout the process. Her responsiveness and organization were truly appreciated.

Justin was my technician today. He worked on my sink and shower. He was incredibly kind and provided long term solutions that would save me money in the long run rather than band aid solutions I’ve received in the past. Excellent genuine guy.
