Jim has been my plumber for years in the Orlando and Kissimmee area. I cannot say enough good things about how he cares, his emergent scheduling when needed, his pricing, and his absolute genuine compassion and his attention to every detail. I too am sorry that he will be retiring soon. He is the part of the declining number of trade related service providers that are only concerned about getting it done, done right and at a fair cost. Can’t say enuf good things about Jim Secretan. First time I’ve used him today (July 2020) I found him on NextDoor, he was prompt, efficient, and great sense of humor. And reasonable! This is an old school, dedicated guy who does nothing but plumbing. I’m so glad I chose him. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disapointed. This is NOT an inside review....I found him on NextDoor and feel very luck to have found him.
