What an incredible place! I've been under network care for several years, have been to a few different immersion events now, and this spring immersion from IWC was next level. The entire day was special and an opportunity to just relax into the receiving of care! Everything was handled: food, water, coffee, space to process, community connection, and more. I could truly drop into the experience, never having to worry about life responsibilities. As a result of being fully immersed, I was able to connect with things on a deeper level. This was my 3rd immersion. To say it is life changing it is an understatement…but when was the last time you slowed down enough to take time for yourself? That is what this day is. Imagine walking into a place that is beautiful and peaceful… being surrounded with people who want to provide you a safe place to express yourself and care about you as a human and to top is all off nourishing food for the body. The whole day is set up for you to experience it exactly how you need to. It is a beautiful process watching other people remove layers of pain (physical and mental) as well as the things holding them back in life. This is was my second immersion experience and it is something I feel everyone should experience. Caring for your nervous system is a deeper level of self care and self love and one that is often not even considered. For me it is like a breath of fresh air for my body and soul. Highly recommend IWC and what they have created. Coming all the way from Chicago for this experience is well worth it! ❤️
