I went there to inquire about a specific type of lock. Joy was very friendly and knowledgeable, didn't have in stock what I was looking for, but asked my email ro follow up, wich she did the next day. So far so good, looking forward to do business with them.

I brought a broken motorcycle key to ilock today hoping they could make a new one the lady I spoke with brought my broken key into the back and came out with a new one she wasn't sure if it would work so she let me have it for free come to find out it works and ill be going back for a spare key tomorrow much appreciation to the whole ilock staff for helping me out

Everything was as smooth as silk...Setting up the appointment was great and Chris the installer was fantastic...Very friendly...Helpful and professional. Price was more than fair. I will definitely use them again if needed...I already have a future job lined up for my son who will use them. Look no where else...You won't be disappointed.
