They did what they could and provided extra pain medicine for my mauled cat, unfortunately she didn’t make it through the night but I am grateful for them attempting to try. The veterinary staff were all very kind, giving me all info to the best of their ability!
I've been taking my animals to Dr. Palm since I heard about him from someone at a dog park one day over 10 years ago. He and his staff truly are the best in the industry. He has saved my dogs' lives more than once and continues to be a godsend to this day. He will not ask you to get an unnecessary tests or scans and will always be transparent with you. The staff has always been kind and helpful from the time we enter until we leave.
The entire staff at Hiawassee Veterinary Clinic is so patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I brought my dogs here upon the high recommendation of 2 other friends. It's a fabulous clinic that I drive a distance to for my furry family members. I love that they have us wait in the car so there's no unwanted pet interactions in the waiting room. The wait has never been long. I love the way they treat my girls. They are both comfortable there with no issues. I'm very grateful for Dr. Palm, Juan and the WHOLE staff!
