When my previous 2 dogs had to be put down I received a beautiful condolence card from Dr. Close. In addition, when I put my Basset Hound down I think Dr. Close was just as broken up as I was.
My dogs actually don't mind going to the vet. In fact, when my pitbull enters the premises April at the reception desk is required to give her pets. These are the pitbull rules, LOL.
Everyone at this practice is amazing! All 3 of my pets needed shots and flea treatments. They were able to get me in quickly and also worked with me on figuring out the most affordable way to go about it. Everyone on the team was incredibly accommodating to me as well ∞. They picked up on my anxieties surrounding everything going on and explained in detail what was going to happen every step of the way.
