On the first visit he takes the time to address your concerns and discuss the procedures that would be taking place of the treatment. He will take the time to answer your questions and address your concerns. He did take the time to explain what he found what was wrong and how to correct it. I am glad that I became a patient of him and his extremely helpful. Plus his staff are polite and wonderful plus the waiting room is well clean and organized as well. I would truly recommend him to anyone that needs to visit a chiropractor.

I still think about this experience years later. I was on a staycation nearby and woke up unable to move my neck in excruciating pain. He was able to see me on a weekend morning and by later that day, I was in much less pain and able to enjoy the rest of the trip. After that, I tried chiropractic care elsewhere a couple times and was less than impressed by how gimmicky and unhelpful they ended up being at two different places. So when my neck had another muscle strain, I drove the extra way to see Dr.Herndon again. Highly recommend him.

I was very skeptical of chiropractors after my previous and only visit before. Dr. Herndon was ALMOST like magic. He simply was able to see right to the problem (misalignment) of my back, correct it, and I could stand upright again without the pain I had all last week. Was a total lifesaver to visit the theme parks with my family!
