After in depth discussions with several companies, I went with Mr. Henderson, because he was not offering superfluous treatments, seemed kind and genuine, and the offer was a good value. I chose so well! We get zero junk mail from him, he always leaves a descriptive receipt when he visits, and if I have had to contact him, he is very quick with the reply (often answering directly). He has gone the extra mile with ensuring our bait stations are in place after a little mishap, making sure we have enough without charging extra, and answering any questions. Very professional, responsive, good at educating about what he's doing and why. Have never seen an insect in the house since using him and any ad hoc requests have been handled quickly.

I live in an apartment complex and have a month service to treat/prevent for roaches etc. Recently had an issue with roaches company began coming once a weekly per request, spraying harmful sprays etc without success. The problem continued to worsen, so I contacted Henderson Pest Examination threw recommendation and after ONE animal & child safe treatment I am pest free!!! I could not be more pleased!
