We have been with Clements Pest Control since they bought East West Pest ( 19+ years with East West Pest ) then stayed with Clements since then. Everyone from the owner, Timothy, David, who does our lawn maintenance treatments, Ted who has taken GREAT care of the inside and outside of our homes, past and present, and now with Thomas who started last year have always been professional, courteous and treat you like family. They take pride in their work it shows. They always accommodate us if there are issues, ie. ants, spiders, or if our grass needs attention we can call and they come and address and treat accordingly. Clements' Pest Control has done an excellent job controlling bugs and pests in my home. I literally have only found 1 dead roach inside the house in the last 10 months since I have lived here. Thomas did an excellent job of methodically going through the home and checking and treating all the various places needed to effectively secure the house from bugs. Plus, he was kind and responsive to my curious Lab, and checked on a nest of birds living in my garage and gave me advice on how to avoid disturbing them till they leave--which will only be a few more weeks.
