Dr. Lauren Sanderson at Health First Chiropractic has been a true blessing for my wife. Despite years of back pain and TMJ issues, she was always hesitant about chiropractic care due to a fear of adjustments. However, after just one visit with Dr. Sanderson, she was completely sold. Her jaw pain improved by 90%, and the best part is that it didn't require any cracking. She's also noticed significant relief in her back pain and is actually looking forward to her next visit. We can't recommend Dr. Sanderson enough for her gentle and effective approach.

A third patient expressed immense gratitude for the exceptional care received from Dr. Lauren Sanderson. After suffering from a torn rotator cuff, the patient sought her help as an alternative to surgery. Following a month and a half of treatment, the patient reported no pain and improved strength and range of motion. As a result, the orthopedic doctor decided against giving the patient a steroid shot. This patient strongly recommends Health First Chiropractic before considering invasive procedures.
