I didn’t have a plumbing issue more of an appliance issue but Harvey Baker sent out two technicians to access the issue and went to Home Depot to look for a part for it not to be there. They came back with an appliance company recommendation and didn’t charge me for even coming and making a trip to Home Depot. Still recommend Harvey Baker just for their convenience and professionalism of the technicians.
Excellent company to do business with. They were on time, had the necessary equipment and parts and were pleasant and courteous. They were also considerate of my residence, cleaning up after the work was completed and they came in under the competitor's estimates. I will continue doing business with Harvey in thje future and recommend without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing work. Top shelf work.
So incredibly happy with Harvey Baker Plumbing! Called them with a clogged kitchen drain line needing cleared, they got me on the schedule right away and the plumber Tyler was at my home in a few hours! Took care of the problem right away and left me better than new. I could not be happier with the service provided, from the office to the plumber. Everyone was friendly and prompt and knowledgeable, which goes a very long way for me. I will absolutely be using them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Their pricing is fantastic and highly competitive. Again, also want to shout out Tyler for being friendly, helpful, and doing an excellent job! 5 stars!
