Couldn’t have had a better experience. I’ll definitely be going here in the future. I’ve never felt so catered to as a trans guy, I didn’t feel like an anomaly, just another person seeking care from people who actually specialize in the way my body differs from others. 100% would recommend to anyone, hell even someone who isn’t queer, this place is just very welcoming and professional.
Incredibly kind and accepting office, Emily at reception was so patient and accommodating. Cannot recommend this office enough especially if you are any kind of minority that needs a safe space to go.
I wish all the healthcare experiences were so seamless. My experience here has been nothing but smooth sailing from beginning to end. 😁 Standouts were Lucas who is a fantastic medical professional. Very cool, but also educated and makes you feel at home during the entire medical process. Another service professional is Emily who leads with a bright smile and is always ready to help at any point...five stars would recommend and have.
